**About Our Client**:
Storm Season has arrived in Queensland, and the State is gearing up for the impending wild weather. We aim to connect with individuals in South-East Queensland with contact centre experience who are intrigued by the prospect of supporting their state in the event of a catastrophic weather incident this summer.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Providing professional and efficient customer service in conjunction with accurate information to customers (including third parties).
- Ensuring customer complaints are resolved professionally, courteously and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships and trust with customers, particularly with high-level contact and co-operation with claimants and their legal representatives.
- Assess and process claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures and regulations.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Previous contact centre / admin experience
- A passion for making a positive impact and supporting the community during challenging times
- Committed and Reliable
- Open to learning and training
- Abiliy to work autonomously
**What's on Offer**:
- Weekly pay $34.58
- WFH flexibility after month training on site ( must be able to do the full months training in office)
