Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) proudly operates the **Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC),**and **Coopers Stadium**—three of the city's most renowned and successful event destinations.

**About The Role**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Stewarding Team Leader** to join our team on a **casual basis**. This role offers flexibility and variety, making it an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Stewarding Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

- ** Event Preparation**: Assess event requirements for cutlery, crockery, and glassware, ensuring everything is prepared for flawless execution.
- ** Post-Event Efficiency**: Collect, wash, and safely store cutlery, crockery, and glassware after events.
- ** Hygiene Standards**: Maintain dishwashing areas and food preparation spaces in spotless, hygienic condition.
- ** Team Leadership**: Motivate and mentor team members to deliver their best and uphold our high standards.

**About you**
- Through your ‘hands on’ approach you will enjoy providing practical, positive leadership and guidance to an experienced team of stewards.
- The ability to effectively lead and positively influence a culturally diverse team of stewards, with a broad range of scholastic and communicative abilities is essential.
- Good availability and flexibility over a 7-day roster, working days, nights and weekends is paramount.
