**Job Description**:
**What you will be doing**:
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the operations undertaken by the kitchen stewards to deliver an organised, clean and efficient kitchen which is maintained at all times. This will be facilitated by performing and overseeing the stewarding program to execute cleaning duties within the kitchen, fridges, food preparation and BOH areas.

- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A positive attitude within the team
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
