We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our friendly team at Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets, located just steps from the Central Market. You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, cleanly, and safely — all while learning from some of the best in the industry.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Operate commercial dishwashers to clean dishes and equipment
- Maintain hygiene standards and keep kitchen spaces clean and organised
- Assist with basic food prep tasks (washing, peeling, etc.)
- Help with waste disposal and the correct storage of food
- Support the kitchen team with daily tasks as needed

**What You’ll Need**:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Legal rights to work in Australia
