Our client is seeking a seasoned Associate Director / Investment Manager to join their Renewable Energy team. You will be pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the renewable energy sector. This key role will contribute significantly to the growth of our client's portfolio and their mission to advance clean energy adoption.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the identification and assessment of potential investment opportunities in the renewable energy field, encompassing solar, wind, hydro, and other emerging technologies.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and investment criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for assessing investment feasibility, profitability, and long-term value.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering, legal, and environmental departments, to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
- Engage actively with industry stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies to stay informed about market trends, regulations, and policy changes impacting renewable energy investments.
- Participate in negotiations, deal structuring, and preparation of investment proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, backed by thorough market research and investment analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields; possessing an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in renewable energy project finance, investment management, or related domains.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing renewable energy investment opportunities.
- Possess in-depth financial expertise and the ability to construct intricate financial models.
- Exhibit a strong grasp of the renewable energy market landscape, technologies, and industry dynamics.
- Showcase excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Display negotiation prowess and proficiency in deal structuring.
- Thrive in collaborative team environments and exhibit the ability to lead within cross-functional settings.
