Our client a leading financial services organisation have an excellent opportunity for a Membership Services Officer to manage day to day membership processes and provide effective resolution of member and provider enquiries.

In this demanding and fast paced role, you will give high level customer service, information, and assistance to current members. You will provide first call resolution where appropriate and be able to escalate any issues where necessary. As the post holder you will have experience in contact or call centre environments and will be expected to maintain up to date skills and knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures. For the right individual there are excellent career growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in contact/call centres
- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in fast-paced, complex customer service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
