**Our Client**

With a belief that wealth is accessible to everyone, our client has gone from recent start-up to 25 staff and over 400 members and are continuing their growth at a rapid rate. More of a tech start-up than property, they offer advice and mentorship to property investors, and across their team have more than 100 years worth of experience

**Duties**

This role will essentially see you responsible for engaging with new customers after they have been pre-qualified for you with the view of getting them in to the membership program. Duties will include:

- Advise prospective customers by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding the Membership Program
- Form a connection and sell the membership program
- Document and provide feedback on the membership sales process
- Work collaboratively with the company’s onboarding and Mentorship teams where appropriate to support internal process and membership enquiries

**Specific requirements**

Ideally you will be coming from a similar role in the property, banking or investment space and have a desire to progress within an Investment Sales company. Other requirements include:

- Proven success on the phones and engaging clients
- A strong belief in property & have bought property yourself
- Be passionate, high energy and self-motivated
- Confident in delivering information and possess strong influencing skills
