Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting members and guests; monitoring club access for members and non-members.
  • Answering questions, handling member complaints, and providing information about the Judgement Free Zone (JFZ).
  • Answering information calls, taking messages, and giving club tours.
  • Selling memberships, completing membership agreements, and entering new members into the database.
  • Operating the Point-of-Sale system and collecting balances of past-due accounts.
  • Scheduling appointments for PF hourly sessions (PE @ PF).
  • Maintaining the customer service front desk and completing daily cleaning zones as assigned by management.
  • Completing club walk-arounds, restocking paper products, and assisting with club housekeeping.
  • Executing beginning-of-day and end-of-day procedures and supporting newer team members with questions and guidance.
  • Completing monthly Black Card Spa maintenance as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Certification: Certificate 3 in Fitness.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain within the first three weeks.
  • Working with Children (WWC) certificate/number for NSW & VIC; Blue Card QLD (or proof that the process has started).
  • National Police Check certificate; NPC must be issued within 12 months of the application date.
