Our client is an industry leading provider of major AV production and is on the hunt for an operational Warehouse Manager for their Sydney warehouse. This role will will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their warehouse, ensuring the smooth and timely flow of equipment and resources essential for all events.

**The role**:

- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and equipment maintenance, coordinating with production teams for upcoming events.
- Implement best practices for warehouse operations, optimizing workflows and minimizing costs.
- Oversee equipment testing and quality control processes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and event coordinators to meet production timelines.
- Technical knowledge of audiovisual (AV) equipment and live event production.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar operational role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex projects.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
