**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Looking to join a team that's not just about work, but about a shared commitment to excellence and making a meaningful impact? South Melbourne Deli is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join the team and lead our Front of House.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:

- Overseeing the Front of House daily operations, supporting the wider management team
- Supervising other FOH Team Members and providing training and support
- Taking orders at the till, making recommendations & delighting our guests
- Brewing up & serving perfect coffees including tasting the coffee and making adjustments in consultation with our Head of Beverage
- Running sandwiches/coffees to guests
- Keeping the deli clean & tidy
- Opening/closing the Deli
- Ensuring our weekly schedules on cleaning, ordering and stocktake are followed to a tee

**ABOUT YOU**:
Our FOH Team Members are the creators of the unique Hector’s Deli guest experience and your role is to do the same and make sure out TMs are on point. So, naturally you’re a focused person who thrives when interacting with others. We’re looking for previous Barista experience (Head Baristas and seasoned coffee pros are highly regarded) in a high-volume venue. Plus an RSA is handy (but not a deal breaker). This role requires you to be willing and able to jump on the tools in the kitchen and help with sandwich preparation.\
