Tetsujin Japanese Restaurant in Emporium, is currently looking for a front of house manager / supervisor to join the team

Tetsujin is a restaurant with a combination of Japanese style BBQ and Sushi Train, located in the heart of Melbourne CBD inside Emporium Shopping Centre, and only a few minutes walk from Melbourne Central Train station. we are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join the management team.

Some major roles will include:

- Staff Management
- Rostering
- Number management [Stock, Labour]
- Responsible for running the front of house and provide training to new team members

etc etc.

You will have:

- previous 1 years experience in serving customer in a busy restaurant
- previous experience in sushi restaurant/japanese bbq shop will be highly considered
- for supervisor positions, you will have at least 2 years experience in similar role
- a passion for hospitality and customer service will be highly considered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
