With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a **Full Time Store Manager **role now on offer in our **Bibra Lake** centre.

**The Role**:
Our Storage Managers work collaboratively with their Operations Manager and their team to drive centre performance whilst aligning to company values.

The responsibilities include:

- Deliver and drive consistent and great service to support customers in making the best storage choice for their needs
- Work towards monthly sales and KPI targets
- Coach and lead a small team of Store Consultants
- Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance
- Commit to a safety-first culture, ensuring all compliance and administration tasks are completed in line with company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and enquiries, and escalate any matters of support to Senior Management where required
- Monthly analysis and end of month reporting summarising the centre's financial performance per month
- Action general administration duties such as rosters, leave requests and timesheets, customer contracts and inventory management

**About You**:

- Prior 1 years experience within a management or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Foster relationships with team members and Senior Management whilst delivering a supportive and exceptional customer experience
- You have a motivated, proactive and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Driver’s license and car
