A newly created opportunity exists for an experienced Workplace Relations (Invesitgations) expert to join the team.

The purpose of this role, as a member of a highly experienced Employee and Workplace Relations team, is to manage a raft of employee relations complaints and cases, relating to sexual harraassment, bullying, discrimination and other inappropriate behaviour and misconduct. In this role you will address concerns and guide the expectations of all parties, ensuring that matters are addressed appropriately and effective outcomes delivered. You will undertake preliminary assessments to determine the recommended approach necessary and solutions may include: internal or external mediation; internal or external formal investigations; or alternate conflict/dispute resolution. Reporting and record management forms part of this role - you'll be regularly reponsible for presenting executive reports to highlight cases, themes and resulting outcomes.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:

- Extensive experience in case management, expertise in conducting comprehensive investigations and the ability to develop constructive, impactful stakeholder relationships.
- High level problem solving skills and a very high standard and detail orientation with respect to process and both written and verbal communication.
- Tertiary Qualification in employment law and/or Human Resources;
- Professional accreditation as a Workplace Investigator/Mediator.
