Administration Officer

Chandler Macleod is seeking an Office All rounder to join our client, a leading manufacturer based in Mulgrave Northwest of Sydney for a full time permanent role.
The primary tasks for this role include:
- Answering phones in a prompt, polite and positive manner at all times
- Data entry, data search, and data management
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Entering stock and invoices in the system
- Carry out accounts payable duties such as: processing accounts, processing invoices and issuing payments.
- Admin/ secretarial work
- Other adhoc Accounts payable duties
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as an office administrator
- A driver's license and motor car (public transport is not a viable option)
- Confident and fluent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to focus and work to deadlines
- High standards of integrity and reliability
- Willingness to learn new processes and the initiative to further develop the role
- An interest in marketing and technology would be advantageous
