**T**HE OPPORTUNITY**
This position presents a unique opportunity to be part of the newly formed TAFE NSW Integrity Unit in one of the leading education providers in Australia. As a member of the Integrity Unit, you will be promoting a culture of transparency, accountability and integrity across TAFE NSW. The Integrity Officer is responsible for supporting the work of all Integrity Unit team and assisting with the development, maintenance and implementation of fraud and corruption frameworks, policies and procedures and assisting in the management of reports of wrongdoing including public interest disclosures. The role supports the delivery of the integrity assurance strategy and program, mitigation of fraud and corruption, and promotion of a culture that supports all TAFE NSW staff to behave ethically.
**A**BOUT YOU**
To succeed in this role, you will have detailed knowledge of fraud and corruption frameworks as well as experience in corporate governance, ethics, fraud and corruption investigation and prevention. An ability to synthesize a range of complex information against regulatory standards to provide accurate advice and support will be important in this role. Experience with case management systems such as Service Now, and records management skills will be highly regarded. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders will be key to your success. Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, as is the ability to respond in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.
