What You'll Be Up To
- Leading the charge on all things IT across our business — from desktops to servers, software to networks.
- Managing incoming support requests with high-level efficiency to keep everyone's tech running like clockwork.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist our team with audio visual set up or equipment issues.
- Jumping into the trenches to troubleshoot and fix hardware, software and network issues.
- Assist management of user accounts, permissions and security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Take control of our phone operations system 3CX.
- Support API integrations with third party software support.
- Building and maintaining a treasure cove of IT knowledge — think guides, how tos, and process gold.
Monitor, maintain, and improve the organisation's cyber security posture to safeguard information assets.
Collaborating across departments, understanding their tech needs, and delivering solutions that actually work.
- Keeping an eye on service desk metrics and driving continuous improvements because we're always aiming higher.
What You Bring to the Table
- A solid track record in IT support with some experience under your belt.
- Strong skills with Windows environments, Office 365, networking basics, and common business apps.
- A knowledge of monitoring and maintaining websites and hosting on AWS.
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities like a pro without breaking a sweat.
- Communication skills that can translate "tech-speak" into everyday language (and maybe even a little humor).
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a bonus.
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.
