**About the Opportunity**

Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking a Payroll Officer to join our high performing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Accurate and timely payroll processing for weekly and monthly pay runs across multiple entities
- Reviewing and processing of timesheets
- Creating and maintaining employee payroll master files
- Preparation of employee documentation, including employment agreements and changes in employment entitlements
- Filing and maintaining hardcopy personnel files
- Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries
- Preparation, reconciliation and payment of PAYG and superannuation
- Calculation of termination, back pay and one off payments and adjustments
- Preparation, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax
- Provide various reports as necessary for management and accountants.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Minimum 3 years' payroll experience, ideally within a multi-entity business
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience with large Payroll systems (Sage Micropay desirable)
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work unsupervised
- Intermediate MS Office skills (inc Word and Excel)
- An understanding of the Fair Work Industrial Relations System including the NES & Modern Awards.
