Our existing team is highly motivated and experienced and would love to welcome a leader who shares their passion for the little people in our care. This position is for the nursery. The service is located right next to local schools and Parkington Street.

You will join a state-of-the-art service - one that is architecturally designed with generous play spaces offering abundant natural light and opportunities for play-based exploration for children under five. Mirroring their methodology for learning with unique and sustainable resources that encourage a sense of self-awareness and community engagement, learning environments are open-plan and inviting.

The emergent curriculum offered by the service integrates elements of literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence and language development into a typical week. There is also access to a weekly visit from an Artist for creative art experiences and a qualified sports coach for an opportunity to work on motor skills.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience leading a room in a a long day care setting (highly desirable)
- A completed ACECQA-approved Early Childhood related Diploma (or above)
- Sound knowledge of relevant learning frameworks
- A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
- Excellent programming and observation skills
- Working With Children Check (Employer)
- Ability to work full-time to a rotating roster
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)

**Salary**: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
