**About the Role**
We’re looking for a technically skilled and creative Learning Design Lead to lead the development and delivery of engaging eLearning solutions for our new Warehouse Management System roll out.

You’ll be responsible for managing training, planning and execution, overseeing resources, and ensuring alignment with project goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in instructional design and has hands-on experience with tools like Rise360 and Articulate.

**You will also**:

- Lead instructional design and development of digital training materials
- Manage training planning and execution aligned to the project timeline
- Oversee training resources and ensure delivery against schedule and budget
- Coordinate learner queries and business communications
- Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews

**About you and your skills**
- Proven experience designing and piloting eLearning modules using Rise360 or Articulate
- Skilled facilitator/trainer with experience upskilling site training personnel
- Strong autonomy and ability to collaborate across teamsFamiliarity with training delivery within a project lifecycle
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
