**About the team**:
The Coles Liquor business is currently undergoing a large and exciting transformation, to help set the business up for decades to come. This includes massive investment in systems, processes, capability and behaviours across the full business, and it requires an experienced change team to ensure the changes land successfully, and have the desired impacts. This is an exciting opportunity to build capability and transform the Liquor business, and then move onto the next major change program at Coles.

**About the role**:
Supporting the People Change Program Manager, you will lead and facilitate the detailed organisational design process for project Apollo, to ensure the operating model, organisational structures, positions, and decision rights are set up to deliver the desired change and future ways of working. You will also ensure that appropriate change management plans are put into place to deliver the required sustainable outcomes.

You’ll also:

- Utilise the Coles ‘Organisation Design Map’ and design principles for the detailed design process
- Lead the third-party Organisational Design relationship and ensure delivery to requirements
- Set up and manage the governance structure for the OD process
- Provide recommendations for business leader decisions based on design principles, current and future states and gap analysis
- Work collaboratively with P&C Partnering, Reward and Capability to ensure position evaluation, capability requirements and implementation planning are well defined and result in successful execution of each deliverable
- Lead and facilitate the exchange of ideas, flow of information and relationship building with project / change teams, line managers and cross-functional partners

**About you and your skills**:
As an experienced Organisational Design Manager you have a strong track record of leading and executing substantial people and organisational change initiatives, working with the existing culture whilst also challenging it to evolve.

You’ll also have:

- Solid experience leading and facilitating the organisational design process through to execution and articulation of changes for stakeholders
- Substantial large scale transformation experience
- Facilitation of the design of organisational structures, positions, decision rights and workflows and identification of the change management and readiness activities to occur prior to implementation
- Building the collateral to collate design thinking, decisions and all of the readiness activities to support the transition
- Experience working within Retail or FMCG sectors is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline or extensive experience in leading and facilitating organisational design on large transformation projects
