**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a proficient Building Information Modelling (BIM) Technician to support the delivery of significant global projects, of various scales and typologies. You will assist in the delivery of BIM project deliverables, in close collaboration with project teams and McGregor Coxall’s global BIM management team. You’ll be innovative and passionate about your work, with a strong interest in joining a global collective of innovators committed to shaping prosperous cities and environments. You will contribute fresh ideas to meaningful, exciting projects, while working alongside talented mentors in a supportive workplace culture. This is an immediate start contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent role in the future. The role can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne studios.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2+ years of BIM experience;
- Experience in Revit modelling/documentation in concept, tender and construction documentation phases;
- Solid knowledge of Revit systems, family development, and BIM360;
- Demonstrated strength in working collaboratively with project teams;
- The ability to think creatively, innovate and problem-solve in a proactive manner whilst working both independently and collaboratively; and
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects, tasks and timelines.

Nice to have (but not essential)
- Knowledge of Grasshopper
- Knowledge of GIS
- Software training experience
- Architecture & Planning industry experience
