**Hours**: 10-12 per week (Approx 5-6hrs/day 2days/week, with a view to increase this within the first 3-6 months)

**Start**: Immediately

**Pay Rate**: $30/hour (pay rise & bonuses based on performance)

**Trial Period**: 3 weeks (8 shifts) (Paid $26.73/hr)

**Requirements**: Own vehicle, familiarity with hand tools preferable (impact driver, vice grips, sockets, ratchets etc), basic computer skills

I own and run a successful and exciting ecommerce business that specialises in selling used and refurbished car parts (mostly small electrical items). The business is rapidly growing and I need to find someone to join my one-person team.

The job is a casual role, initially for 10-12 hours a week with room to grow. Currently days are Monday & Thursday’s. Trial period days may differ.

The job will initially consist of packing and posting inventory and cleaning new parts. This role has room for growth as the business grows and would suit someone who is proactive, shows initiative and is keen to take on greater responsibilities. This business is important to me and I need someone who responds well to feedback, constructive criticism and can take accountability for any mistakes made - because we all make mistakes.

I am ideally looking for someone to run the whole back end of the business including customer service, inventory management, logistics etc

No prior work experience necessary, but automotive and/or office management experience is definitely a plus The packing and cleaning requires a reasonable amount of repetitive physical effort.

The office is run from my home in Rye (please note there is a dog on the property) but I am normally out and for most of the time you will be working alone.

Employment will be based on a trial period.

Please do not waste my time or yours. I am looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the role and who can see themselves taking on more hours as the business inevitably grows.
