Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Allrounder with barista experience to join the team at Store 360 Rye, a busy takeaway-focused establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, serving customers, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the cafe. With a focus on efficiency and speed, you will help deliver exceptional service to our takeaway clientele while maintaining the highest standards of coffee preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of takeaway coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, as well as milkshakes.
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of coffee machines and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation for takeaway items, such as sandwiches and baked goods.
- Provide friendly and prompt service to customers, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate the cash register and manage card transactions efficiently.
- Keep the takeaway counter and work areas clean and organised.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience, with expertise in takeaway service environments.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a takeaway cafe.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
