Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Thai Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the standard of authentic Thai cuisine and ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes on the displayed menu.
• Experience Stir Fries/ Wok Cooking is a must.
• Manage and coordinate food preparation and kitchen operations during service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as required.
• Contribute to menu development and kitchen planning.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimise food wastage.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• · Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery).
• · Relevant work experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• · Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene standards, and cost management.
• · Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with team members.
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
