Monessa Pty Ltd is a family owned boutique size printing machinery and equipment wholesale business that has been operating in Melbourne for 10 years. Our company is seeking a talented and motivated full time (38 weekly working hours) Marketing Executive to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for all aspects of marketing high quality second hand offset printing, pre-press and post press machines globally. This individual must be self-motivated, confident and extremely organised. He/she must demonstrate initiative and an ability to work effectively in support of our business. **The Marketing Executive will be responsible for**:

- Initiating and implementing new marketing strategies including the establishment of network and preparation of marketing materials.

**- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns.**

**- Executing marketing plans and programs which support company goals.**

**- Undertaking research for suitable new markets for the business.**

**- Developing close working relationship with new and existing clients, suppliers and stakeholders.**

**- Monitor competitors activities and advise the management with strategies.**

**- Monitor customers feedback and trend and advise the management with strategies.**

To be successful in this position you will have the following:

- Marketing qualifications or equivalent degree (preferred, but not essential)
- At least ten (10) years marketing experience in global printing machinery and equipment business
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent people skills including strong relationship building skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Proven problem solver
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organisation
- Fluent in Chinese and ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral, will be highly regarded

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truganina, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
