The Portfolio Delivery Coordinator will be part of the Enterprise Delivery team while day to day supporting Portfolio Directors, Program Manager and Portfolio Delivery Leads.

The key aim of the role is to ensure timely and cost-efficient implementation and delivery of projects which comply with quality processes and procedures of the organisation.

You will also work as a specialist in key aspects of the role, working across the broader portfolio to promote consistency. Areas of specialisation include, but are not limited to; portfolio governance, financial management, scheduling, resource management, dependency management, and risk and issue management.

**About you**
- 2+ years Project Administration experience
- Good understanding of project fundamentals and experience in supporting medium to large projects
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative and professional support
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Proven ability to establish priorities, set workloads, follow through and meet deadlines independently
- Ability to exercise a high level of honesty, courage, discretion, judgment, and integrity
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence team members and other key stakeholders
- A high level of professionalism and a strong service mentality
- Previous experience or knowledge of financial monitoring/reporting would be an advantage.
- Degree in relevant discipline (optional)
