Head of Portfolio Delivery

**About the role**
As the Head of Portfolio Delivery, you will be a critical part of the Chief Information Office (CIO) leadership team and Great Southern Bank's broader Senior Leadership Team. You will work closely with our CIO, Executive Committee, and Enterprise Architecture team to inform and influence the long-term planning (3-5 years) of our horizons of strategic change. You will be directly responsible for the delivery of Enterprise projects, ensuring effective resourcing, dependency, and risk management, and fit for purpose delivery models to achieve agreed business outcomes across a portfolio of work.
As an integral leader in the enterprise transformation of Great Southern Bank, you will leverage your exceptional ability to foster relationships, coach, influence, and encourage cohesive ways of working across all levels and functions of the organisation. You are known for your action orientation, desire to understand, collaboration, critical thinking, enterprise thinking, and problem solving.

**What we’re looking for**
- At least 15 years’ experience in leading and managing people, portfolios, programs, projects, and budgets with demonstrated success in project / program delivery using various delivery methodologies
- Minimum 10 years’ experience running large scale transformational change programs in complex organisations
- A well developed and demonstrated understanding of enterprise architecture, technology, and business architecture and how it can transform a business
- Degree qualified in project management, business, IT or a related discipline
- Project Management Professional Certification and Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) Practitioner (desirable) Optional
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally at all levels
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture whilst still delivering the 'now'
- Commercially astute, a structured problem solver, and passionate about evidence based management
- Influential, engaging, and capable of synthesising and communicating complex information and ideas clearly
- An enterprise thinker, leader, trusted business partner, and consultant who believes in a better future for Great Southern Bank
