**_Purpose_**

The role of the Marketing Coordinator drives our partner marketing channels including South Africa, Myer, David Jones, Afterpay and Klarna through end to end campaign management. The role also manages local area marketing strategies for the brand. In collaboration with the Marketing & Campaign Manager, the role supports the execution of Witchery campaigns, partnership and content, as well as supporting the team with marketing samples, reporting and general administration.

**_ Key Accountabilities_**
- Partner management - Manage the execution of Witchery’s marketing spend within David Jones and Myer to achieve our sales goals
- Support the execution of trade marketing plans with payment and tech partners e.g. Afterpay, Klarna, Mastercard etc.
- Local area marketing - Manage the local area marketing strategy for the brand including new store openings and centre initiatives ensuring a positive ROI is delivered for each activity
- Lead contact for centre management relationships, ensuring centres are up to date with Witchery initiatives
- Campaign Planning - Support the Marketing & Campaign Manager in the execution of all Witchery campaigns and content including marketing briefs, campaign summary, media planning across all above the line channels, and post campaign reviews, ensuring campaigns meet performance expectations
- Reporting, Budget and team - General marketing administration, supporting with sample management, weekly campaign reporting and maintaining the marketing calendar.

**_Key Capabilities_**
- Previous marketing experience in a similar role, preferrable with in fashion/retail industry
- Exposure to managing brand communications or marketing campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management internal and external
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
