**What’s involved?**

Based in our Victoria West branch in Derrimut, your role will pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and be responsible for all aspects of product and parts sales. This includes troubleshooting, relationship building, parts identification, quoting, liaising with customers and finalising the sale primarily through our online channels including our website as well as over the phone. We highly respect people who take pride in their quality of work, and value initiative.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DERRIMUT, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
