**Technical Writer**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

**About the Role**

the site projects department at Greenbushes Lithium Operation (Greenbushes, Site, Mine).

**Responsibilities include**:

- prepare, submit and track capital expenditure requests and capital closeouts;
- prepare technical scopes of work for electrical, mechanical, civil and building scopes as directed by project

managers;
- manage and review engineering standards and specifications against current Australian Standards and best

practice with input from engineering personnel;
- prepare commissioning and project handover documentation including operating and maintenance manuals;
- prepare templates and forms to standardise and improve project management procedures;
- file documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage; and
- adhere to the company’s document lifecycle procedures and processes.
- minimum two (2) years’ experience in technical writing;
- have good knowledge of technical documentation and projects;
- be comfortable working independently to gather information about documents required;
- experience and knowledge of how to convey complex information using plain English;
- familiarity with Australian Standards;
- ability to follow company style guide in preparing documents;
- excellent time management skills;
- high standard of presentation; and
- ability to determine and set priorities.
