**The opportunity**:
The Technical Writer is responsible for writing effective operating procedures, which are business critical and for reviewing, updating and transferring information into new templates taking into account Human Factors and Safety. You will also be required to liaise with stakeholders to identify any changes to the procedures including any Human Factors/Safety gaps and highlighting where there is not enough information so that the Author can include additional steps or information.

**Selection Criteria**:
Ideally you will be substantially experienced in writing procedures and documents and have worked in a heavy industry, plant or mining/resources environment. You will have an excellent eye for detail with a strong focus on the safety. Your excellent interpersonal skills will see you secure this 6-month contract role. Flexible working arrangements are on offer with the potential to have some work from home days.
