**Job Description**:
This role will provide individual and group clinical supervision for Behaviour Support Practitioners and provide feedback that informs continuous improvement.
**On a daily basis, you will**:
- Mentor clinicians to enable them to develop and deliver behaviour support services in accordance with the NDIS safeguards framework, particularly regarding restrictive practices
- Accompany TL’s, clinicians and students on appointments to provide shadowing opportunities, coaching and assistance
- Assist with guiding, collaborating and reflecting on clinical practice
- Champion and foster evidence based practices that are supported by the Clinical Excellence team
- Contribute and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice as directed.
**About You**
To be successful, you will have:
- Current registration with the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Assessed as an Advanced or Specialist
- A desire to share your knowledge and inspire junior clinicians
- Experience teaching, coaching and supervising clinicians within behaviour support
