**Your role**

A great opportunity currently exists for a Trade Mark Paralegal to join us. In this role you will work across the national Intellectual Property team on a full-time basis. You will play a crucial role in supporting our trade mark attorneys in all aspects of trade mark prosecution and portfolio management.

**What you need**
- Experience in conducting trade mark availability and IP due diligence searches
- Manage global trade mark portfolios including liaising with local counsel to file and maintain trade marks
- Knowledge of current trade mark practice and procedure
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Driven and takes ownership in their work
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Provide general administrative support and assist the team as required.
