**The role**:
Is a 12-month contract, working across the full spectrum of IP law including copyright, patents, designs, brand protection and trademarks, trade practices law, false advertising, protection of confidential information, data protection, commercial IP licensing, product liability, cyber security and anti-counterfeiting.
- TM design/domain name clearance, prosecution and enforcement
- Drafting agreements
- Conducting research
- IP/Tech and software licensing
- IP advisory
- Team assistance as need be

**You**:

- 2+ years' experience as a paralegal in IP
- Experience with and a good working knowledge of Inprotech.
- Great understanding of IP and contract law
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to utilise technology in managing on large projects (such as excel, for example).
