Our Return-It business is focused on making recycling simple, accessible and rewarding.

Return-It is the consumer facing entity of the Group and its core business is to provide a modern and convenient way to collect eligible beverage containers via Container Deposit Schemes, accurately paying back refund amounts to consumers. Return-It is a national business and operates across QLD, ACT, NSW and WA and comprises of more than 100 collection refund points, including over 40 permanent depots.

**About the Role**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible driving digital engagement, and will work closely with our Refund Point Operations team to drive customers to our sites and executing initiatives to maintain, grow and protect our container volumes. The Digital Marketing Specialist assist in the development of marketing initiatives and campaigns to support growth activities such as a new depot opening or a refurbishment program.
- Key Responsibilities: _
Digital Marketing
- Maximise the impact and value of strategic advertising campaigns across digital channels including social media, programmatic and paid search to build brand equity, retain customers, generate leads and drive volume growth.
- Lead the planning and management of social media and digital campaigns, including EDMs.
- Own content creation to ensure it is highly engaging.
- Take responsibility for digital channels, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our Website, Google and other digital platforms, to ensure they are current and accurate.
- Align with the Scheme and their messaging

Content Creation and Design
- Support local area marketing (LAM) initiatives.
- Champion the look and feel of our refund points.
- Ensure expenditure is within allocated budget.
- Ensure all created content, by self and others is on brand and complaint with document standards.

Marketing Activations
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness of the brand and our refund points to end users.
- Assist in managing the campaign end to end, in doing so, ensure accountability for successful outcomes.
- Ensure on time delivery and expenditure is within allocated budgets.
- Assist in executing trade shows and other events.

Marketing Impact
- Communicate the value and effectiveness of our digital marketing activities.
- Seek and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience.
- A recent graduate of a related marketing discipline or have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in executing digital media - Google Advertising, and Social, with a strong understanding of current digital tools and strategies
- A passion for graphic design and high-level capability with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer or the like)
- A creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging written and video content that converts audiences.
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
- A passion for environmental sustainability
- Ability to demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail and prioritising skills.
- Ability to be creative, think logically and to communicate effectively within the organization.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
