**The Role**

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will drive digital optimisation, ROI and best practice within our internal marketing teams by devising compelling and integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across the ABN brands.

This new role will plan, design and manage omni-channel journeys and campaigns across the full customer lifecycle for a variety of brands including welcome, lead nurture, conversion and loyalty

Other key responsibilities include:

- Build strong partnerships with ABN brands, demonstrating your understanding of retail targets and plans, and collaborate to deliver fit-for-purpose strategies
- Drive accountability of campaigns and share key learnings and KPIs with stakeholders
- Influence and inspire a digital best practice, innovative and compliance mindset within the ABN Group Marketing community
- Implement and manage project timelines and communications across multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Database management, compliance and extract first party data insights to inform marketing activities
- Drive pipeline nurture initiatives and continuously develop our customer experience through automation and personalisation

**You**

We are looking for a passionate Marketing professional, with a keen interest in Building and Construction, along with:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
- Proficient user in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Demonstrated experience in a range of digital marketing technologies and analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation and develop strong relationships and networks
- Compliance champion - strong understanding SPAM, privacy and digital data laws
- Demonstrated planning skills and ability to bring others on the journey for successful outcomes
- Proficiency with graphic design and web design software is desirable
- Ambitious and forward-thinking with personal values that align with the ABN Group
