**About the role**
The Research assistant role is an integral part of Humanity Health Group. The role primarily assists and supports the Research development manager. Delivering content to the highest standards, partnering closely with the team and internal stakeholders
As an Research assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with and supporting research and development content creation
- Cataloguing existing templates/ programs & uploading new content
- Conduct research in areas agreed by Brand representatives
- Creating presentations, blog posts and other material as desired
- Compose literature reviews using peer reviewed evidence
- Conduct research and program development
- Design and facilitate of research projects
- Write research reports and recommendations
- Write persuasive reports and tenders
- Assisting with facilitation and reviewing university placement student research
- Data analysis for programs and research created inhouse for HHG brands
- Researching and compiling content for marketing blogs
- Ensure communication is factual, accurate and presented in a clear and considered manner
- Ensure working within the clinical governance processes and standards
- Ensuring research is up to date
**To be successful you will have**
- Minimum 1year experience in a similar role
- Close attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to prioritise tasks, maximise efficiency and maintain structure throughout a working day/week in a
fast paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent relationship management skills - communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
- Competent research skills including ability to search and comprehend research
**Desirable**
- Psychology Honours Degree (or Equivalent)
- Competence in statistics and data analysis
- Efficient in statistical software programs (SPSS, R, or Excel)
- Understanding of ethical considerations and ethics processes
- Ability to write academically (including ability to appropriately reference according to guidelines)
