**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Barista** who’s ready to serve exceptional coffee while learning the ropes of a coffee roasting business. This is not a café job—this is a chance to **grow into operations, warehouse, customer service, and Coffee Roasting support roles**.

As a barista with us, you’ll not only craft delicious drinks and provide excellent service—you’ll also have the opportunity to be **cross-trained** in:
**Customer Service**
**Supply Chain & warehouse Assistant**
**Coffee Roastery Operations**
**Wholesale Customer Experience**

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A love for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry
- Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
- Attention to detail and pride in creating top-quality experience
- Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
- Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
