**Position Overview**: As an All-Rounder/Barista at Donatellos Cafe, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, preparing food items, and providing friendly and efficient service to our customers. You’ll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth operation of the cafe and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, to the highest standard.
- Assist with food preparation and assembly of sandwiches and other menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee station, dining area, and kitchen.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning down the cafe.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar all-rounder role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, including weekends.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
