**About the Role**:
CHS is committed to whole-of-system management through the establishment of an Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), with an operations management function that brings together three things: Operational planning, Scheduling, and Daily response/oversight of clinical operations.

To be successful, you will be a consummate professional who is adaptable, responsive and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to quickly acquire knowledge and understanding of operational situations in a clinical environment, working productively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have sound technical skills and ability to use office-based systems for data management and analytics. You will have an understanding of change management and program implementation. You are able to work with limited direction and manage your workload to ensure that changes are planned and implemented in a timely manner.
