**The key responsibilities required for this role are**:
The role will support ERP Program Management to plan, manage and govern activities of the Program's System Integrator to ensure alignment with optimal outcomes for ERP implementation practices.

The Deputy Delivery Lead must, utilise previous SAP delivery experience and knowledge to lead delivery of the ERP solution for the MP&O work stream, including but not limited to:
day to day management of Defence delivery team resources

managing scheduled stream activities and dependencies

coordinating with Partner Systems Integrators to ensure overall delivery outcomes for the stream are achieved

ensuring stream delivery activities are delivered to Program standards with a high level of quality

**Duties include**:
ensuring alignment of ERP MP&O solution, and outcomes concept with the department MP&O strategic policy and framework.

supporting department's understanding and alignment of ERP project planning, solution outcomes and delivery of the scope of the HR stream in consultation with the MP&O Business Lead (BL).

leading standardisation of required master data management across HR to enable business adoption of ERP and process alignment
