**About the Role**

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide support in various administrative and legal tasks. **This position is on-site, 3 days per week.**

This role involves document and letter drafting, proof reading and preparation, coordinating medical appointments, managing critical dates, handling disbursement invoices, and ensuring timely payments and general administration duties.

**Matter Filing Management**
- Save, rename, and organise incoming documents into the appropriate matter files and folders, ensuring consistency and accessibility.

**Document Preparation**
- Draft, format, and finalise legal documents and correspondence to a high professional standard.
- Compile and prepare briefs for counsel, ensuring all relevant materials are included.
- Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and consistency in formatting.

**Invoicing and Payments**
- Assist with coding disbursement invoices and manage invoicing processes using the firm's designated systems and procedures.

**General Administrative Support**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including legal matter assistance, file organisation, document retrieval, and accurate data entry.
- Support lawyers and senior legal staff with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

**About You**
- An exceptional working knowledge of MS Office suite of products and Adobe
- Administrative support experience desired but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, spelling and grammar
- Investigative, problem solving and proven decision-making ability
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Influencing and conflict management skills
- The ability to build strong working relationships and skilfully deal with people at all levels throughout the firm and externally
- Demonstrated ability to manage change at a personal and team level
