Construction Indemnity Insurance Lawyer
A mid-sized firm with Doyle's Guide-recognised partners – where excellence meets work-life balance has a requirement for a strong Defendant insurance technician in Professional Indemnity.
Unlike the grind of top tiers, this firm offers meaningful work
and
a culture that respects your time outside the office. The best of both worlds? We think so.
You will work alongside Partners that have handled some of Australia's most complex and high-profile cases, including large-scale class actions.
This includes acting for both domestic and international insurers, Lloyd's syndicates, underwriting agencies, captive insurers, affinity groups, self-insured entities, and insurance brokers.
The work mix is across a broad spectrum of matters, such as professional indemnity with a focus on the construction industry, directors' and officers' liability, employment practices, statutory liability, and management liability.
You may also have the option to contribute to advice on risk management, loss mitigation, and policy drafting and interpretation.
You will have the confidence to assume responsibility for the full conduct of your files, the ongoing management of client relationships, while still receiving mentoring from great leaders.
It is also your opportunity to enjoy a range of fantastic benefits designed to support your work-life balance and professional growth:
Genuine work-life balance where most of the office has left by 5.30pm
You'll receive a company laptop fully covered by the firm, ensuring you have the tools you need to succeed.
This firm also offers an 16 weeks of parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers, with no waiting period—so you can take advantage of this benefit right away if your timing aligns. Plus you will continue to receive your Superannuation.
Additionally, our enticing bonus scheme rewards Senior Associates and above, with opportunities for some Associates to participate as well.
OUR EXPERIENCE
With over 30 years as specialist consultants to the legal profession, Law Staff has an impressive history of facilitating discreet moves for legal practitioners and has an uncompromising commitment to confidentiality.
Most importantly, we treat this as a two-way information sharing session to allow you to make an informed decision whether to move forward with an expression of interest to this employer. We will only ever confer with our client after you have done your research and at a time when you have expressed in writing that you are ready to take that cautious next step. Absolutely everything stays in the vault until that time.
