**Duties**:
You have a solid understanding of project management either from initial work experience and/or formal education and training.

You are seeking an exciting challenge to deepen your skills in Project Management and support the growth of Sonar Group.

You love working within a team and are great with people in general. You understand and enjoy delivering ‘work that matters’.

You are accountable, responsible, organised and detailed. You also enjoy working with people and are comfortable to build and maintain relationships.

Importantly, you are keen to join a growing team that has high ambitions and a dedicated focus to helping its clients improve their business performance through the implementation of smart, digitally led, accountable means.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Producer will assist in the management of multiple projects, and will help in completing ad hoc tasks that are crucial to keeping the Sonar machine running.

They will typically work under the direct supervision of one of the Sonar Directors or another the Sonar Lead Producer, managing an aspect of a larger project or a suite of smaller project programs of work.

Here are some of the PM activities they will be called on to do:

- Create Project Plans
- Coordinate project tasks and schedules with the Sonar Team and your Clients
- Track project progress to milestones and key deliverables
- Report on project results and status on a frequent basis
- Interface with clients and team members to manage work through the agency
- Arranging and attending weekly/monthly status meetings with the client and internal team
- Maintaining the client happiness meter
- Providing general input and broader value to the wide agency and team

In addition, the Producer may be called on to help the agency in performing additional tasks. These can include:
- Content management and publishing
- Digital performance tasks (SEO tasks, social media posting, etc)
- General client and program support tasks

**Experience**:
To be a part of our growing team, your advanced communication and interpersonal skills will be just as important as having the following experience and education:

- 1+ years experience in relevant role
- Passion for Project Management and Digital Marketing services
- Keenness to learn the ways of data-driven marketing and customer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of PM tools including Trello, MS Project, Jira, Confluence
- WordPress CMS experience a plus
- Google Analytics experience a plus
- Strong autonomy
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Takes ownership and responsibility for work, is proactive not reactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills

**A Day In The Life.**
- Develop the project plan for a small project
- Manage the project - agendas for WIPs, following up actions, etc
- Support in managing a project - attending WIPs
- Upload content to a client website using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Thoroughly test project work against designs/specifications
- Perform SEO-related tasks including 301 redirects, page optimisation - all with the instruction and guidance of an SEO Consultant
- Maintain communications and updates with your team and clients to manage expectations and quality of work/outcomes
