**The Role**:
You’ve read this far because of the job title, but we’ll tick off some further important role criteria to consider:
- You’ll be working between 15 - 20 hours per week.
- You’ll work across two different business entities, each with distinctly different methods of operating.
- Although part of a big organisation, you’ll work closely with a small team, directly supporting the Corporate Services Manager.
- You’re experienced, so already know there will be the standard bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, asset registers, BAS, depreciationplus the many other bookkeeping tasks that happen daily, weekly and monthly. (You’ll be telling us your list, so we won’t labour this point).
- There are also payroll duties (so knowing modern awards is a bonus while you use Definitiv to do payruns)
**What personal attributes will you need?**
- Besides your demonstrated bookkeeping experience (some retail experience would also be a real bonus), you’ll:
- Possess trust in and accountability for your work
- Value respect (for yourself and others)
- Easily and accurately move between repetitive work and looking for better ways of doing things.
- Have at least Cert IV Bookkeeping and very solid excel and MYOB skills
