**About the role at Datacom**
Our Service Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.
**Seniority**
**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Technical Incident Resolution - Analyze and resolve technical and functional product issues for internal and external customers
