**FRONT DESK - Receptionist/ Guest Service Agent - Sydney**

We are seeking an enthusiastic
**Receptionist/ Guest Service Agent. **You must be motivated, driven, with an excellent attention to details.

**Key responsibilities & requirements**:

- Ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met, ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Previous hotel reception experience including reservations, group bookings, room allocation, accounts, and payments handling.
- Enjoy being a team player where possess the ability to work autonomously.
- Resolving guest complaints and addressing feedback.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with clear focus on quality and standards.
- Flexible with shifts, a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, evenings and early mornings is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
