The Guest Service Agent / Overnight Guest Service Agent - Front Desk is responsible for extending a warm arrival welcome and fond farewell to all guests during the overnight hours. The individual will ensure payment information and billing setup is established correctly. The individual assists with the night audit functions and provides room orientations and assist guests during their stay.

Talent Profile

Personable character with a passion to build strong guest relations
Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort or commercial facilities
Basic computer skills with hands on experience in room maintenance
Good command of written and spoken English
Valid working rights in Australia
