The Role

As a member of the property services team you are the bread and butter of our organisation, therefore caring for you whilst you care for our tenants and owners is our priority.

A Day In the Life
Our Property Manager Associates work closely with a Senior Property Manager to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:

- Portfolio based property management (Supporting with 300+ properties)
- Liaise with owners and tenants
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears
- Leasing every 2nd Saturday (with time in lieu off)
