**Validation Manager - Northumberland**

I’ve partnered with an established and dynamic pharmaceutical CDMO who are looking for a Validation Manager to join their Quality department.

This role will give you the opportunity to lead a team who will be responsible for executing validation activities across the site, ensuring cGMP compliance at all times.

**You will be Responsible for**:

- Responsible for leading a Validation team
- Key responsibility in managing and developing the validation and qualification of facilities, utilities, laboratory equipment, software, and processes
- Setting the Validation Master plan of the organisation with the strategic goals and yearly plan set
- Key responsibility in managing Validation systems and policies
- Assist in local and sitewide audits and inspections as an SME

**You will bring the following**:

- Subject Matter Expert in Pharmaceutical Validation and Qualification
- Previous experience managing or leading a team
- Significant experience within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Solid knowledge in GMP and GDP
- Relevant degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline
